The very first cables I ever knit were worsted weight braided cables - I’ve been in love with braided cables ever since. I knit primarily with super bulky yarn, so I was excited to write a hat pattern that would incorporate both the super bulky yarn and braided cables. I kept the very first hat I ever made with pattern several years ago, and still wear it all the time.

This hat is knit in the round from the bottom up. The pattern gives directions for two sizes - average adult s/m and l/xl.

Uses US 11- 8.0mm and US 15.0 - 10.0mm needles.
